Tesla Robotaxi iOS App Now Available to All iPhone Users — What to Know
Tesla has opened its Robotaxi iOS app to all iPhone users. You can now download the app from the App Store and join the waitlist to request rides. The Android version is not yet available but Tesla says it’s coming.
Where the service is operating
- Austin, Texas — Tesla has deployed Cybercab robotaxis there and is expanding coverage.
- Bay Area (San Francisco) — Testing continues with safety drivers in the vehicle.
Note: full, driverless Robotaxi service is not yet authorized in California; testing with safety operators is allowed. There is a waitlist — Business Insider reported users sometimes gained access in about three hours after joining.
