FRITZ! launches its own online shop

Berliner Netzwerkausrüster FRITZ! (formerly AVM) has launched an official online shop integrated into fritz.com. The shop opens on 1 October 2025 and will sell FRITZ products directly to customers in several European countries.

• Available countries: Germany, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Poland and Spain
• Product range: FRITZ!Box routers (e.g. FRITZ!Box 7590AX), WLAN repeaters, DECT phones, Powerline adapters and smart-home/network accessories
• Service & support: Manufacturer support, phone buying advice, fast shipping and easy returns. The existing knowledge base at fritz.com/service remains available.
• Retail partnerships: Products will still be available via retailers (Amazon, MediaMarkt, Cyberport etc.). The FRITZ! shop may link to additional buying options on vendor pages.

What this means for buyers

Buying direct from FRITZ! offers convenience and official support, but prices are expected to stay similar to retailer prices. If you prefer bundled deals or fast marketplace shipping, retailers will remain a good option.
