Alexa+ and AI features
All new devices come with Alexa+ integration. Notable features:
- Alexa Home Theater — connect up to five Echo Studio/Dot Max units for surround sound and auto-tuning.
- Kindle AI features — “Story So Far” summaries and “Ask this Book” Q&A for supported titles; AI notebook search on Scribe devices coming early 2026.
- Fire TV — scene search via natural language, cross-service recommendations and deeper contextual queries for shows, live sports and actors.
- Ring AI functions — Retinal Vision tuning, Alexa+ Greetings, Familiar Faces, and Search Party to help find lost pets.
- Third-party integration — Alexa+ will be available on devices from Bose, Sonos, LG, Samsung and BMW; an Alexa+ Store will offer services like TaskRabbit, Uber, GrubHub and more.
What to expect
Preorders are open for many devices; shipping dates vary (Echo speakers ship Oct 29; Echo Shows ship Nov 12; Fire TV Stick 4K Select ships next month; Kindle models later this year/early 2026). Vega OS will begin appearing on Fire TV devices in October. Prices listed are US MSRP announced at the event.
