The UGREEN Nexode Pro 65W USB-C can also be used as a travel charger, but when looking at the slim wall charger, we first think of „wasted“ sockets that are hidden behind a cabinet or similar furniture. Thanks to its flat design and the parallel-to-the-wall connector sockets, interesting usage possibilities arise.

Equipped with a total power of 65 watts, the charger has two USB-C ports and one USB-A socket. As usual, the maximum output for a single device, such as a charging notebook, can only be achieved if no other consumers are connected. If multiple devices are connected at the same time, the total power is accordingly divided. For example, the power supply can simultaneously deliver 45 watts and 20 watts through the two USB-C ports. The USB-A socket can supply connected devices with up to 18 watts.

The manufacturer specifies the dimensions of its flat wall charger as 9.2 x 4.8 x 1.5 centimeters. Note that this only refers to the device itself and a few millimeters will be added due to the plug.

The power supply comes standard with a foldable US plug, onto which country adapters following the EU standard or for the UK can be attached. However, we don’t necessarily see the design as particularly suitable for a travel charger. The use as a compact plug-in power supply seems much more attractive here.

UGREEN advertises its 65-watt charger as compatible with the most important fast charging standards. Even when used with the MacBook Air, speed advantages can be expected. According to the manufacturer, a completely empty battery can be brought back to 51 percent in just 30 minutes.
